A small but informative book. Has techniques and step-by-steps for both watercolor crayons & pencils. She uses them separately and combined together. There aren't many books that focus on just watersoluble media so this is a good one to have if you are interested in learning to use this medium
Amazing Crayon Drawing with Lee Hammond

Although not about water soluble crayons- this is the only book that I'm aware of that focuses specifically on crayons as a fine art medium. The artist uses primarily Crayola wax crayons and shows many different techniques that can be applied to all watercolor crayons and similar mediums. She is an incredible crayon artist and I highly recommend this book
Watercolor Pencil Magic

A book that focus on watercolor pencils- but is another great resource because all of her techniques can also be used for watercolor crayons
